Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Delta Lambda Omega Chapter participated in our community service “Soles4Souls” project. The Global Impact Committee collected 556 pairs of shoes and presented a check in the amount of 580.00 dollars to Mrs. Velma Kirlsey.
Thanks to all committee members, and the local community for the service rendered to this project which was held April 29, 2022. Sorors participating in this project were Sabrina Wilson, Flora Donatto, Evelyn Ashley Pratt, Shakeidra Evans, Kedria Hector, Alisha Johnson, Yolanda Anderson, Charlene Voorhies, Basileus, Ramona Waller, 1st Anti-Basileus, Lisa Jackson, 2nd Anti-Basileus.
A special thanks to Debra Coleman’s Honey-Do, Sebern Coleman, for his help in loading and delivering the boxes to UPS.
